At Tiffany’s Photo & Film Prints, we are committed to providing high-quality prints and ensuring customer satisfaction. Because all of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer, we have the following policies in place regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
Quality Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and work to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the issue must be related to:
• Print quality defects
• Damage during shipping
• Incorrect item received
Please provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order details when you reach out. If approved, we will issue a replacement free of charge or offer a refund if a replacement is not feasible.
Color Consistency
We use professional printing methods to ensure consistent quality. However, minor color variations may occur due to factors such as printer settings, paper type, and environmental conditions. These variations are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement at no additional cost.
This policy covers:
• Damaged prints or frames
• Incorrect quantity received
• Significant print quality defects
Lost or Returned Orders
• Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement.
• Returned to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or an unclaimed package, we can resend the item for an additional shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the order. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
